COVID-19 Vaccination

Ashford Avenue Family Practice is currently participating in the rollout of the COVID vaccine. Currently we are administering both Pfizer and Novavax.

We invite the following groups to have their vaccine
a. 4th dose to those eligible; 65 years and over or those who are considered immunosuppresed
b. booster shot (3rd shot) to double vaccinated patients 18 years of age and over, 4 months after their 2nd dose

c. children ages 12 to 17 inclusive to have their 1st 2 doses
d. children ages 5 to 11 years old starting on the week of the 17/01/2022
e. those who are unvaccinated or have not completed their initial 2 doses

If anyone has any ongoing concerns about either vaccine please make an appointment to further discuss these matters. We understand there is a lot of conflicting information that is circulating and this may be confusing and overwhelming. Our doctors are here to discuss these concerns with you and assist you in making the right decision.
