Dr Sean Westbury

Dr Sean Westbury received a Doctor of Medicine degree and upon further studies a Master of Public Health from the University of NSW. Sean worked as a resident at Royal Price Alfred Hospital then completed physician training in geriatric medicine at St George Hospital, Campbelltown Hospital and Bankstown Hospital.

Sean has worked as a bedside clinical tutor teaching medical students at the University of NSW and Western Sydney University. Sean is a member of the RACP Ethics Committee. Sean works as a consultant geriatrician at Campbelltown Hospital, Bowral Hospital and Southern Highlands Private Hospital.

Sean has a broad range of clinical interests within geriatric medicine including cognitive decline, dementia, pain management, falls, and frailty.

Sean emphasises maintaining quality of life and working with families to achieve their health goals. Families are welcome to attend appointments.

In his spare time Sean enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family.
Sean works 1-2 Wednesdays a month.
