Please note the following important information with regards to our current policy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are currently not accepting walk-in patients. Please call reception if there is an urgent need for a consultation.
Anyone with fever, runny nose, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath will not be allowed entry into the practice. Please call reception for a telehealth consultation or we can direct you to the appropriate services.
Telehealth consults
Medicare has extended the availability of telehealth consults until March 2021. We will continue to provide telehealth consultations where possible and doctors will determine if a further face to face review will be required.
As per Medicare regulations, bulk billed telehealth consultations are only available to those who have been to the practice in the last 12 months. New patients will have to present to the practice for their first consultation. A number of specialised consultations including mental health care plans will continue to be privately charged. Please refer to our fee schedule or call reception for more details.
Face to face consults
All patients coming to the practice for a face to face appointment will be required to wear a mask. Please bring a mask with you for all face to face appointments. Please note we will not be making exceptions to this rule apart from young children who are unable to keep a mask on.
Patients will be required to call reception on arrival and wait in their car where possible to minimise time spent in the practice and to prevent overcrowding in our waiting room. Doctors will call patients and where appropriate, discuss part of their history over the phone before entry into the practice. Your temperature will be checked at the door and hand sanitiser will be provided on entry to the practice.
