This means there will be an out of pocket cost to see your doctor.

This will affect those with overseas health cover (OSHC). Please enquire at reception for more details.

Those who have a Medicare Card will not be affected

If you are planning an overseas trip you may require certain travel vaccinations. Travel consults with your doctor should be planned 3-6 months prior to your travel date. 

If you are planning a trip to Africa or South America you may require a yellow fever vaccine. Ashford Avenue Family Practice is now an authorised yellow fever vaccine provider. This means this practice can administer the vaccine and provide a signed and stamped copy of the "International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis Card" or "Yellow Card."
